SRVO were engaged to act as Project Managers, Contract Administrators and CDM Principal Designers for major cyclical refurbishment of the historic Mount Vernon Estate, Hampstead.
Works included repair to the Grade II Listed external stonework, masonry, terraces and roof areas to maintain the integrity of the external fabric of the historic site, sensitively specifying products and methods and tendering only to specialist approved contractors.
